Seven months of intensive training at
the Bonn HQ. Unless they have
completed a Bible college/ministry training school (minimum two years),
all interns (with a September start date) will attend one year at RHEMA Bible Training
Center –
Germany during the training phase.
Practical application of this training
through street evangelism, youth group leadership, office support,
pastoral contacts, and other ministry opportunities.
Attend at least one youth ministry or
leadership conference.
Phase
Two: In The Field
5 – 30 months of partnership with European churches/ministries (receiving
ongoing support from the Bonn
HQ).
Evangelizing/discipling teens.
Establishing youth ministries.
Teaching English in local schools.
Mentoring local leaders to minister to
youth and prepare them to be youth ministry trainers… the eventual handover of these youth
ministries.
Building regional partnerships (for
continued training opportunities).
Phase
Three: Debrief
Two weeks at the Bonn HQ preparing to
return home and helping us tweak the program for future success.
Help with follow-up and contact of
other interns still in the field.
